Sales Representative With Potential to Grow
Bandung (Jawa Barat), Denpasar (Bali), Jakarta Raya, Surabaya (Jawa Timur)

Responsibilities:

C.V. Swissa is currently looking for a Sales Representative with potential to grow higher levels within the organization in the middle/ long term. As a SMB (Small Medium Business) the organization can provide learning experiences related to many aspects of sales and marketing for the Sales Representative. With on the job training the Sales Representative will be responsible for initiating new relations with customers, maintaning current relations with customers, creating new opportunities, promoting brands/ products and initiating sales. In the middle/ long term the Sales Representative, if having the right qualifications, can grow to higher levels within the organizations - such as brand manager, marketing manager or brand manager. For the right candicate this job has many opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Males or females can apply. Females are encouraged to apply.
  • Age: preferably between 25 and 35 years old.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Characteristics: trustworthy, willingness to learn, loyal, good interpersonal skills, motivated.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work in a team or individual.
  • Preferably for the future the candidate has willingness to travel abroard (seminars, exhibitions, negotiations, etc) and possibly, for some limited times work outside Jakarta.
  • Preferably the candidate has SIM A and/ or SIM C and has preferably a car or a motorcycle.
