Chef de Cuisine

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

Planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating the activities of personel engaged in cooking and preparing food in all kitchen and restaurant in order for making profitable of food production.

Requirements:

  • Male/Female, max. 40 years old.
  • Positive attitude, wise, discipline, initiative, good self motivation.
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Creative and quality-oriented
  • Excellent hospitality.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Kitchen Management, Leadership, Motivation, Decision Making & Presentation.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience as a Chef/Chef de Cuisine3-5 stars hotels restaurants or chain restaurants
  • Willing to work under pressure
