As part of our growing needs, GAUDI is looking for dynamic individuals to fill the following position:

Customer Service Assistant (CSA)
Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur), Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

  • All aspects of Store operational: product selling, cashier, display, store cleanliness, etc
  • Maintain good relationship with external party such as customers, mall management, head office, etc

Requirements:

  • Male/Female
  • Age between 18 - 25 years old
  • Min. High school graduation
  • Min. 1 years experience in retail company is preferable. But fresh graduated are welcome to apply
  • Fluently in English (both oral and written) is an advantage
  • Posess good customer service, energetic and drive in achieving sales target
  • Able to work as individual or team
  • Detail, organized,and good interpersonal skill

Requirements:

  • Female
  • Age 23-30 years old
  • Graduated from Diploma/Bachelor's Degree any major, with GPA min: 2.90.
  • Having experience in the related field at least for 1 year.
  • Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Detail, hard worker, task oriented, communicative & strong personality.
  • Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin
