System Administrator
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

System Administrator will be responsible for:
  • The uninterrupted operation of IT infrastructure (DNS, mail, Web-services, VPN-access)
  • Monitoring servers and network devices
  • Rapid response in the event of an accident
  • Managing email, VPN, SSH and SIP telephony accounts
  • Managing the Call Center and IVR
  • Managing domains

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s):
    • Linux administration, preferred knowledge on Debian based distributions
    • Basic knowledge of bash language programming
    • Administration of email systems (postfix, dovecot, exim)
    • Administration of WEB systems (nginx, apache)
    • Administration of databases (MySQL)
    • Windows platform Administration (Win 2008 server, MSSQL 2005, MSSQL 2008, Win 7 desktop, Win 8 desktop)
    • Knowledge of LAN (switching, routing, IPsec VPN, SSL VPN)
    • Base knowledge of PSTN telephony, SIP telephony
    • Basic understanding of the Call Center and IVR
    • Skills to work with the hardware (Server HW, Desktop HW, UPS, routers, switches)
    • Experience with monitoring systems, Zabbix preffered.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
