Customer Account Management Assistant
Across Singapore, Jakarta Raya (Indonesia), Delhi (India), Johor (Malaysia), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), National Capital Reg (Philippines), Bangkok (Thailand), Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam)

Responsibilities:

• Arrange scheduling of jobs and delivery of equipment
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Process sales orders, forms, applications and requests
• Provide delivery information to customers
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Log activities in customer relationship management system
• Follow up customers for payment
• Organise work flow to meet deadlines
• Work in high pressure role
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Record details of enquiries, comments and complaints
• Communicate and co-ordinate with internal departments
• Actioning tasks to ensure customer satisfaction
• Data collection and ordering

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
• Required skill(s): fluent in written and spoken english, communication skill, customer account management, customer acquisition, Customer Service.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Full-Time and Contract position available.
