Customer Account Management Assistant Across Singapore, Jakarta Raya (Indonesia), Delhi (India), Johor (Malaysia), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), National Capital Reg (Philippines), Bangkok (Thailand), Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam)
Responsibilities:
Arrange scheduling of jobs and delivery of equipment
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Process sales orders, forms, applications and requests
Provide delivery information to customers
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Log activities in customer relationship management system
Follow up customers for payment
Organise work flow to meet deadlines
Work in high pressure role
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Record details of enquiries, comments and complaints
Communicate and co-ordinate with internal departments
Actioning tasks to ensure customer satisfaction
Data collection and ordering
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
Required skill(s): fluent in written and spoken english, communication skill, customer account management, customer acquisition, Customer Service.
Required language(s): English
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
