Warehouse Administration Manager in a Japanese Transportation Company

Warehouse Administration Manager will support HQ and Warehouse Manager by providing expertize for administrational matters and for financial/accounting aspects of warehouse management. She/he will:
  • Implement critical measurements for monitoring financial situations, accumulating invoice, following up customer payments, reviewing and making payments to vendors.
  • Collect, analyze and consolidate financial and HR/GA related information, conduct monitoring of overall compliance for all operations, and create reports for submission to the HQ and Warehouse Manager.
  • Develop and provide solutions for maximization of sales margin by recommending product and service pricing policies, effective workflow strategies, quality control and other strategies.
  • Assist Warehouse Manager to minimize inventory investments by analyzing turns and inventory levels.
  • Implement critical measurements for recruitment, education, high retention, maintaining functional working environment and accordingly plan/forecast budget expenditures.
  • Assist recruitment, orientation and training programs, appraise performance of the warehouse workers and review job contributions.
  • Control maintenance of company assets and utilities (building, equipment, electricity, water, etc.)
  • Prepare necessary licenses, documents, and clearance from the government and statutory authorities.


  • At least Bachelors degree in accounting and/or finance.
  • Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English language skills.
  • 2 years and more of working experience as accounting/financial manager.
  • High expertise in Indonesian Accounting/Financial regulations.
  • Working experiences in GA/HR department.
  • Experience in a company with over 100 workers.
  • Experience in managing more than 10 subordinates.
  • Experience in managing communication with government institutions, labor union and other agencies.
