We are part of Baramulti Group, a dominant player in coal industry, and are under management of Offshore Bulk Terminal Pte Ltd, Singapore. We are now operating 8 floating cranes in Kalimantan area, with coal mining company and coal trader as our main customers.

Hse Manager (Shipping)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, implement and maintain office and vessel's contigency plans.
• Ensure reports and information received from vessels are accurate and in the correct order.
• Analyzed all reported incidents and liaise with insurance company for any incident claims.
• Conduct annual onboard navigation udits and follow up with all defects of the vessels to closure.
• Investigate the root cause of marine accident, review correction and prevention actions from the accident.
• Implement Health, Safety, Security, Quality and Environment (HSSEQ) policies.
• Liaise with ship managers to ensure vessels are operated by trained and qualified personnel and compliance with the procedures.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Marine), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Maritime Studies, Protective Services & Management or equivalent.
• Male, 30 - 45 Years Old.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Min 3 years of experience as Marine / HSSEQ Manager.
• ISM/ISPS auditor and experience in Ship Management.
• Familiar with ISO Standard.
• Able to create & maintain Risk Management, Profiles & Reports.
• Familiar with legislation and industry gudelines.
• Possess good analyctical and problem solving.
• Good team player.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kalimantan Area.
• Station in Balikpapan.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
