Currently we are looking for qualified Candidates for our Client, a leading Japanese confectionary principal as:

Sales Planning Manager
IDR 7000000 - 10000000
Jakarta Raya - South Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• To collect a market, competition, and customer information to improve a reliability of a sales plan and promotion proposal.
• To visit key account companies for a business negotiation, an order reccomendation and for any other communicaiton purpose needed for a sales tager achievements.
• To improve shelf display, merchandising, product visibility and promotional activities.
• To improve the brand image and the company's reputation through daily sales activitiies.
• To train junior sales representatives for their sales skill and business manner improvement.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Required language(s): English (Business Level)
• Has experience in selling products to mini markets.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in South Jakarta.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
