Our client is a leading player in the agricultural and food industry with a leading food engineering company with world class ecological and environmental practices. In line with evolving business needs, they are now looking for a high calibre Financial Controller to join their team in Central Java Indonesia.

Reporting to the Group CFO, you will be responsible for the overall financial accounting (Indonesian books) and reporting functions, strategic planning, annual operating plan and budget development, internal controls, compliance and governance practices, and building robust business controls. In addition, you will be responsible for the full suite of management reports, as well as liaising with external agents of the company in areas of tax and audit matters. This is a highly visible role where you will partner senior management in driving business performance and growth across regions and with the head office.

Ideally, you should have relevant Finance qualifications with a minimum of 8 to 12 years working experience with Indonesian books and accounting standards along with IFRS knowledge. You will be based in Klaten at the production site in central Java, Indonesia full-time.

Prior exposure in a similar environment is highly desired. You are independent, mature and have excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
