Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing the concept of employee assessment every year
• Designing and implementing JobAnalysis and Job Evaluation
• Responsible for Training needs Analysis system
• Responsible for all activities of In-house and public training
• Designingand implementing the concept of workplace health & Safety (HSE)
• Designingand implementing job grading and career management
• Designingthe concept of corporate culture identification

Requirements:

• Female or Male
• Min. Bachelor degree from any background.
• Familiar with all aspects of Training & Development activities such as Job Analysis, Performance Appraisal, Organization Development, Competency Development, and Training Need Analysis is preferable
• 2 years working experience in Training & Organization Development
• Good analytical, conceptual, and administrative skills.
• Good personality, good communication, presentation skill, strong leadership, and can work underpressure.
• Familiar with operational computer MS Office
