Shear Manager for Construction Industry

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the Safety, Health, Environment and Risk function applicable in SGCPID
• Provides expertise and guidance to country business teams with regards to legal, Group and essential requirements of SHEAR
• Accountable to ensure full compliance of organization towards local statutory and corporate requirements in relations to health, safety and environment
• Formulate, implement, monitor and evaluate sites safety, health and environmental policies, strategic improvement plan, programs and procedures to ensure effectiveness of SHEAR management system
• Develop and ensure the effective implementation of the EHS management system at construction site
• Project Health and Safety Plan development and revision
• Control compliance with local EHS requirements and Company policies and procedures and informing Project manager about RF legislation requirements
• Implement monitoring system including regular inspections and audits
• Involvement into the incidents /accidents investigation process, providing recommendation to the General Contractor and installation contractors concerning corrective actions
• Coordination of safety team work, including General Contractor safety representatives and installation company safety representatives, support their knowledge concerning Companys standards, conflict management, drive for common safety approach, conducting safety meeting
• Participate in approval of projects documentation
• Risk assessment system implementation

Requirements:

• Candidate must posses technical degree from reputable university
• Posses post graduate qualification as registered Safety Officer
• Candidate must have 3-4 experience as SHEAR personnel in manufacturing environment
• Candidate must have experience of Construction of buildings and capable in Construction Safety
• Effective planning, organization and coordination of all activities related to Environment, Health and Safety Systems for the Company in compliance with local legal requirements and Company policies and procedures in order to prevent injury to people, harm to their Health and damage to Environment during plant construction
• Candidate should be have certificate AHLI K3 from Disnaker government (SMK3)
• Candidate should be having Scaffolding Certificate from Disnaker (minimum requirement) or from MIGAS department to be preferred.
• Candidate should be have certificate OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 to be prefer
• Candidate should be have certificate fire fighting
• Candidate should be have rigging training from disnaker
• Candidate should be have certificate gas detector
• Candidate should be have risk management training
• Candidate can develop HSE plan and JSA
