Responsibilities:

• Managing Architecture Design Process from conceptual through construction documentation
• Managing related design consultans ( Structural , MEP , Landscape , Interior , Lighting )
• Managing related design outsource supplier ( Rendering , Animation , Graphic Designer )
• Preparing meetings & Presentation for client
• Project construction Design supervision

Requirements:

• S1 Architecture
• Proficient in using SketchUp, AutoCad , CorelDraw , Photoshop
• 1-2 years experience ( Junior Architect )
• 3-5 years experience ( senior Architect )
• Responsible person, have good attitude and eagerness to explore design
• Applicants must be willing to work in North Jakarta (Pluit,PIK and Kapuk area)
• Member of IAI and have IPTB DKI is a plus point
