Branch Manager (Banjarbaru)
Responsibilities:
Analyzing sales trend and market demand, which is retail / corporate market or tour for group or retail Managing team and subordinates, monitoring and achieve sales growth and profitability Mantaining good relationship with new customer or repeater customer Handling complaints effectively and responsive
Requirements:
Male/Female, not over 39 years old Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field. Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specializing in hotel management, tourism services, airlines or equivalent At least 3 years of working experience in insurance or banking industry or hospitality (hotel, tour & travel, airlines) industry At least 2 years experience as Branch Manager in same industry or at least 5 years experience as Branch Supervisor in same industry Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Good project management skills as well as strong analytical and organization capabilities Good understanding to operate branch Preferably having knowledge in tour and travel industry with Abacus system: tickets, tour package, incentive, and how to sell product in the market Target oriented, good player in team work as a leader Excellent English (written and spoken)
