Leasing Manager

Requirements:

• Female, max 35 years old

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in any discipline

• Minimum 5 years experience in the same field preferably from Property Developer (Office/Apartment/Hotel/ Mall)

• Able to communicate effectively with people and present a positive, professional image

• Have strong interpersonal skills such as negotiation and networking skills to maintain relationship with client / agent

• Good command of English language

• A persistent, outgoing, highly committed, trustworthy and hard working individual that has a strong commitment to success

• Good looking, active, dynamic, life style savvy

• Provide the excellent service to the client / agent which includes company/product information and user guidelines and maintain relationships with client or agent
