Assist the process of Recruitment & Selection such as shortlisting candidates & arrange the interview schedule to support the Recruitment and selection process are in-lined with Company policy and conducted as per schedule.
Organize database of employees' potential test result and feedback session record, performance management, and Individual Development Plan (IDP) to support the implementation of Company Talent Management and Succession Plan.
Assist and organize employee database to ensure company personnel record data are up to date and well organized.
Assist the process of company job description standardization to ensure proper data base and record for further analysis.
Assist the implementation of expatriate mentoring program, EDAP, and Apprentice Program to support and organize its administrative works.
S1 with minimum GPA 2.75 in Industrial Engineering / Psychology . S2 in related discipline is an advantage.
Minimum 2 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner.
Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
