Seamless in the Cloud

Seamless in the Cloud is a vibrant, young and ever evolving team currently based in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia (soon moving to Bali). We are in love with the cloud, and would like to share these great tools with others.
We are currently looking for an all-rounder person to assist us in everything we need to get done within the office, out and about as required and also dealing and emailing with clients.

General Affairs Assistant
Bali

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry needs within the office
  • Office Management
  • Emailing and Client Management
  • Research Work

Requirements:

  • Computer literate
  • Familiar with cloud based accounting (including Dropbox and Xero) will be an advantage
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong client focus
  • Good attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude to work, with a sense of team spirit
  • Self-motivated with great time management & organizational skills
