• Process mobile phone insurance claims administration.
• Register claims and Administrate claims.
• Deliver Excellent Customer Service Experience to our customers who calls in to enquire and file a claim.
• Maintain diary and monitor claims on regular basis.
• Make sure all claims are processed within clients SLA.
• Working together with the Tel-co or handset repairers and provide advise to the Insurer and dealers on claims assignments.
• Other claims matter, i.e. assess claims, prepare settlement offer and phone replacement, follow up on appeal claims, conduct claims review,claims testimonials, issue Major Claims Report and etc.
• Other daily administration matter, i.e. inbound calls, policy enquiries, data entry, support Operations and Sales managers daily administration issues and etc.
• Report directly to the Operations Manager.
