Responsibilities:

Formulate and enforce career-planning system that determines the future society needed to support the organizations. Handling selection process internally and externally to fulfill any vacancies

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Psychology as Professional with minimum GPA 2.80 (out of 4.00)
  • Working experience minimum 2 year in career development and people assessment
  • Team work, and having good working motivation, excellent communication
  • Result oriented, mature, having enthusiasm in giving service, decision maker
  • Good interpersonal skill, build relationship, analytical thinking, strategic concept planning, and effective leadership.
  • Posses good English (verbal and written) and computer literate
  • Willing to travel in any region throughout Indonesia
