Responsibilities:

• Ensure competent quality execution of FFB purchasing duties, administrative works, and seller
• Understanding about the purchasing FFB; analyze and review from government and benchmark plantation
• Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy about FFB
• Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system
• Prepare reports and summarize data including sales report andbook value
• Schedulestore visits and conduct competitor survey
• Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties
• Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned

Requirements:

• Min. holds Bachelor Degree in Administration, Accounting, Law, or any related discipline
• Male, Age 25 30 years old
• Min. 2-3 years experience in the same position from palm oil plantation industry
• Background as Field Assistant before
• Familiar in English (written and spoken) would be advantage
• Good personality, good negotiation skill, and communication skill
• Preferable-known West Kalimantan area
• Good administration skills and advanced in using MS Excel, Word & Powerpoint
• Highly motivated and creative minded with a strong drive to succeed is a must
• Customer & service oriented person with passion and desire
• Work based on Sambas,Kalimantan Barat
