Requirements:
Male / Female, max. 40 years old
Min. 3 years relevant working experiences
Min Diploma in any field
Experience in recruitment crew preferable
Understand and comprehend of process crew onboard (Sign On Off, Proficiency certificate crew, etc)
Honest, Trustworthy, good personality and attitude, active, strong in leadership, communicator and strategic planning
Fast in decision making, quick response in problem solving and able to work under pressure
