Requirements:

• Male / Female, max. 55 years old
• Min bachelor degree graduates from Psychology, Law or Human Resources Management
• Min 5 years experiences in multinational company
• Capable in HR Strategic planning, KPI, performance appraisal model, etc.
• Having knowledge in HR process, recruitment & selection, labor laws of Indonesia and government regulation ,Industrial Relation and personnel administration
• Able to communicate in English (Japanese will be an advantage)
• Has good communication skill
