Responsibility:

• Implementation the FSK (Functional Skill Knowledge)as a Grouptraining programs in theFactory to equip the BU (Business unit)management teams to assess and develop their employees skill and knowledge to the requiredlevels.
• FSK Training Materials Maintenance: Maintain the FSK master training files in the BU and monitor the usage of the training materials through the FSK Database.
• FSK Training Venue and Materials: Arrange the training venue and training materials according to the agreed FSK training program schedule.
• FSK Training Program Progress:

Monitor the progress of the FSK training programs (including the pre-tests, deliveries and skill checks) in the BU against the agreed schedule; and

Investigate and identify the causes of non-compliance to the schedule and report to the Head of BU as needed.

• FSK Training Program Implementation Support: Provide FSK training implementation support to the FSK instructors as needed.
• FSK Training Program Follow Up

Class Analysis: Gather relevant information and conduct the class analyses for the FSK training programs at the BU according to the defined FSK methodology.

FSK Database: Consolidate the data from the class analyses and upload the data to the FSK Database according to the defined FSK methodology.

Requirement:

• Male/Female
• Holding minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree from Any Major
• Having min 3 years experience as Trainer.
• Have a good Organizing Skills, Interpersonal Skill and Good Personality - Relates well with all people (Trainer / Student)
• English proficiency, both written and spoken it's a must
• Having background in technical field or have experience in manufacturing company will be a benefit.
• Have a good communication skill
• Have self motivation on developing career in T&D field
• Expert in using Ms Office
