• Monitor, manage the process, and execute all Account Payable transactions in SAP in an effective manner in line with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage the process of outgoing payments in SAP and Banking system on schedule to maximize Company cash flows
• Maintain Accounts Payable records, reports, systems and procedures which will adequately protect all interests related to the business
• Perform all tasks as being a Super User AP Module

• Bachelor Degree from reputable university, degree in Economic majoring in Accounting.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years working experience in a multinational and or public listed company or international accounting firm

Computer literacy:

• Microsoft office, SAP

Language:

• Good command in English oral and written

Other qualification / skills:

• Good knowledge of SAP and IT based accounting system and applications
• Excellent in leadership and coaching skill
• Used to work with tight deadline and under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill
• Good communication interpersonal skill
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
