Recruitment & Training Officer
Jakarta Barat (Jakarta Raya)


  • Providing Man Power Planning (MPP) for each department.
  • Responsible for identifying and approaching targeted candidates for various vacancies
  • Providing the best candidates with the best qualification according to company's need
  • Providing efficient and effective recruitment system
  • Manage recruitment advertisements.
  • Screen resumes and arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates
  • Remind candidates and interviewers of scheduled interview
  • Also conduct interviews on a general basis & for specific roles
  • Data entry into the database or HR system for maintaining accurate records
  • Maintain the filing system of candidate application
  • Supporting in completion of job application materials and documents and preparation of employment interview and profiling tests
  • Evaluate recruitment needs and interviewing needs
  • Monitor and compile monthly reports on recruitment activities
  • Maintain candidate networks.
  • Make recommendations to determine qualified candidates
  • Responsible for training and development programs from preparing, developing, conducting until evaluation of the programs
  • Manage the training report
  • Manage a training budget and an overall training plan keeping within the budget.
  • Conduct orientation/induction for new employee.
  • Develop effective organizational programs, HR planning strategies and other organizational development functions including performing job analysis, job evaluation, etc.
  • Prepare and develop the module / syllabus, organize training, a facilitator and observer in the implementation of training and coaching and feedback process.
  • Responsible for in-house training program schedule yearly


  • Female, 21-25 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology, preferably graduated from a reputable University.
  • Has proven minimum 2 years working experience in similar position.
  • Excellent Computer skills (Ms Excel, Word, Outlook Express).
  • Excellent Communication skill in English, both oral and written.
Soft Skill Requirements
  • Dynamic, able to work independently and in a team.
  • Highly Motivated with spirit to learn new things
  • Good problem solving, analytical and Leadership skill.
  • English oral and written is advantages
