Sales & Marketing Executive
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Set sales & marketing objectives, drive and monitor sales & marketing activities to achieve targets in coordination with the head office.
• Develop mid-term business plan, annual sales & marketing budget and in-market specific action plans.
• Report on market trends, competitor activity and ensure effectively teamwork by providing market feedback from the field.
• Lead and spearhead the new market penetration strategies and identify potentialmarkets as part of business expansion.
• Identify targeted potential customers and projects as well as identify the strategies required to secure the business.
• Generate sales revenue from target customers by offering pre and post sales support.
• Liaise with relevent government and non government bodies to ensure all laws and regulations are adhered to.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Excellent command of English & Bahasa Indonesia, both written & spoken. Knowledgeof Mandarin or other native / chinese dialectsis an added advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevent working experience, with 3 years inmanagerial capacity. Experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.
• For non-Indonesian citizens interested to apply, you should posses a valid Indonesian work permit.
