Monitor quality of laboratory equipment's performance, as well as quality of services to ensure accuracy of analyses. Includes scheduling preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
Identify and classify materials based on Standard Operating Procedures and specifications of raw materials, semi-finishes and full goods
Perform QA activities such as daily laboratory analyses; implement documentation for inventory status of release/hold materials; manage various certificates such as MSDS & Certificates of Analysis; gather and collate data for SHE and QA reports
Understand quality process including abnormality management
Maintain or improve Health & Safety and housekeeping level of work station
Ensure the compliance of legal requirements related to quality assurance and laboratory activities
Understanding ISO 9001:2008 documentation
Involve in Environmental activities
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in MIPA, Chemistry or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience as a Laboratory personnel or as a Laboratory Leader.
Broad knowledge and understanding of laboratory operations.
Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
Strong leadership and persuasive communication skills.
Good attitude, fast learner.
Able to motivate and manage available resources.
Able to function in a matrix organization.
Hardworking and highly motivated.
Good command of both written and spoken English.
Computer literate in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Power Point).
Willing to be assigned in Sidoarjo and Pasuruan Plant - East Java.

Field Development Manager (R&D, Crop Protection) Kalimantan Barat, Nusa Tenggara Barat
Responsibilities:
Provide critical support in the planning & implementation of field development knowledge generation work both for new & existing compounds which is required for the establishment of good agricultural practice (GAP) & product registration.
The successful implementation of the field development knowledge generation plan
Capability to initiate and supervise the execution of a trial program by contractors
Development of local versions of test protocols for various field development trials which are aligned with relevant country, regional & global stake holders.
Gather and consolidate trial data, prepare reports and timely upload to DuPont Data Warehouse (DDW)
Provide support to Sales & Marketing on product knowledge transfer, technical competency, safe use materials and labelling.
Ensure that Field development trials & other related activities (importation of samples, etc.) are covered by appropriate permits issued by the regulators in coordination with the R&RA team.
Ensure field development activities comply with different compliance policies before being implemented
Perform other functions critically needed in the success of the country field development program
Requirements:
Must have at least Master Degree (M.Sc) in Nematology/Entomology/Plant Pathology (order of priority)
Strong technical skills (Agriculture science Entomology/Plant Pathology/Nematology) to able to lead & execute successful field development programs and has a thorough knowledge of field development
Flexibility to drive & manage detailed work
Think strategically about research and its linkage with business.
Demonstrated ability to organize complicated sets of information and ideas into themes and actionable objectives.
Good networking skills with key stake holders - across countries/functions.
Reasonable understanding of registration & regulatory affairs environment.
Able to analyse trends of Agro industries as well as Agro technologies from complicated sets of information as well as ambiguous situations and able to incorporate the technology plan into the business plan.
Matured and confident to stand for convictions and work with others for optimum solutions
