We are inviting young, dynamic, highly motivated and enthusiastic professional candidates to grow with us to fill in the following position :

Store Floor Coordinator - Ambarrukmo Plaza
Yogyakarta

Responsibilities:

Support Floor Supervisor in monitoring floor performance (Sales, Shrinkage, Promotion, Inventory Counter) Support Floor Supervisor in make working plan for all store activities & programs. Conduct counter meeting once a week, evaluate counter sales. Consistently does coordinator Check List.

Requirements:

  • Male or Female, preferred age max. 28 years old
  • Diploma Degree majoring in any discipline.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Willing to work on shift and to be located throughout Indonesia.

  • D3/ S1 Degree majoring in any discipline with GPA min 2.75 (preferably from Information Technology/ Information System/ Accounting/ Finance)
  • Male/female, preferred age max 27 years old.
  • Have 1-2 years related experience in handling cashier/ POS system
  • Strong leadership and analytical thinking with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work in shifts

HRIS Specialist
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya) - Bintaro

Responsibilities:

  • Provides vision for overall HRIS design and adapts the design as necessary to accommodate dynamic and diverse business directions.
  • Continually assesses system functionality and recommends enhancements and ancillary systems to improve efficiency, controls and service to users.
  • Serves as the project manager on implementing system upgrades, system enhancements and optimization reviews; assesses and implements appropriate levels of self-service and manager self-service functionality.
  • Oversees all systems security, ensuring clear accountability and data security as well as compliance with applicable laws.
  • Serves as a point of contact with vendors and Business Associates to determine data sharing standards and security.
  • Partners with IT resources to identify programming solutions and minimize system customization.
  • Conducts regular data audits and re-training with the goal of 100% data accuracy and functionality.
  • Establishes system maintenance and updates schedules to meet applicable deadlines (payroll, benefits, and legal updates).
  • Oversees production of scheduled and on-demand reports to operating departments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in business or information systems or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience with HR systems and associated query tools, preferably in a large size organization.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office with advanced skills using Excel.
  • Previous experience in HRIS with knowledge of applicable wage and hour.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
