Responsibilities:
The Management Trainee is a one year program that was specially designed to prepare and provide the young promising individuals a fast track career path. As a management trainee you will learn supervisory and technical skills that are in alignment with the company's philosophies and operational strategies. You will be given the opportunity to be rotated to various functions and youll be expected to gain in-depth understanding of the culture and the business process.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Electrical Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Telecommunication/Computer Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.25 from reputable overseas or wellknown local University, Master degree (S2) is an advantage
Max. 27 years of age
Demonstrate natural leadership abilities, positive attitude and high level of commitment to excellence
Self motivated, self direction, creative & having effective communication skills
Possesses good analytical & presentation skills with strong written & verbal both in Bahasa & English
Willing to travel extensively based on request
Willing to be placed in all operational area nation wide
