Customer Care Executive & Sosial Media Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
1. Activating and maintaining content at mentari books website (www.mentaribooks.com)
2. Manage relationship with customer, through social media
(Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Blog).
3. Serving the customer by phone and email about products and event of Mentari Books.
4. Involved in the seminars and exhibitions held by company
Requirements:
Male/Female max. 30 years old.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Commerce, Advertising/Media, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications, Marketing, with IPK : 3.00.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required skill :
Managing Website
Google and Facebook advertising
Marketing through online
Blogging and Forum
Understand how internet marketing works & Sosial Media
Intermediate in Ms. Office, internet (ability to use Adobe Photoshop is plus)
Fast Learning capability, Good Communication skills
Excellent in English, both Oral and Written.
