Transport Coordinator Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
To assist the Head of DC Operations in planning, scheduling, organizing, controlling and management of the DC Transport to ensure the supply of materials/man-power and services meet delivery target and also customers requirements and expectation
Ensure the optimum and efficient utilization of trucks
Plan and manage the daily delivery route effectively
Perform route analysis to optimize delivery through productivity and lower operating expense
Train and motivate drivers and truck helpers
Monitoring and reporting subordinates absenteeism to HR Department
Hold daily meeting with drivers and deliver assistants between shift changes
Hold daily meeting with drivers and delivery assistant during hand over between shifts
Review routes for new stores
Making sure that drivers and handlers are trained on work safety
Maintaining the conditions of HAVI owned trucks and Monitor fuel usage and monthly vehicle maintenance cost for prevention of abuse
Train drivers and put in place measure to prevent pilferage and accidents
Coordinate with Inventory and Customer Care team to ensure timely delivery to stores
Weekly store audits to evaluate the quality of the transport services provided to stores
Ensure all contract staff time cards are checked for no abuse
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Social Science/Sociology, Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, and Commerce, Economics or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in managing supply chain system transportation and able to handle refrigerated trucks.
Strong planning skills and sense of urgency
Understand TMS concepts
