Assistant Lounge Manager

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Petitenget,Kerobokan.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Must have a strong working knowledge of wines, other beverages and their proper service.
• Deals or negotiates in both local and English. Advantageous to communicate in other languages.
• Good people skills for building relationships with colleagues at all levels
• The ability to plan and prioritize your own work and other peoples
• Ability to confidently interact with and engage a wide range of people, individually and in groups, from different backgrounds and ages
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals
• Able to handle demanding workload
• Ability to work a personal computer
• Pleasant physical appearance
• Young, Dynamic, and Well groomed
