Fieldworks Consultancy Group based in Bali, is an established and respected procurement consultancy firm for the hospitality industry, with extensive experience working with some of the world's most recognized hotel operators and developers within Indonesia and South East Asia. We are currently seeking to expand our team with the following qualifications :
Quantity Surveyor Bali - Jimbaran
Responsibilities:
Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:-
Male or Female, max. 30 year.
Bachelor's Degree, Quantity Survey, Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent,
Knowledge of interior fit out of hotel development would be an advantage, however not essential.
Prepare budgets.
Prepare tender and contract documents, including Bill of Quantities
Prepare and analysing tenders and make recommendations.
Manage awarded contracts.
Prepare Purchase Orders.
Monitor changes.
Prepare progress claims.
Have experience minimum 3 year in similar position.
Business correspondence skill in English is essential.
Proficiency in English, with good communication skills.
Good team player.
Highly self motivated with the ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to unique situations.
Honest, Able to work to dead lines.
Maintain strict confidentiality and ethics on all contractual matters
Prepared to travel
Willing to be based in Bali and / or Jakarta

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Jimbaran.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
