Reruitment Officer
Jakarta Utara (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  • Competent in Recruitment & Selection (sourcing, strategy, recruitment tools, behavioral interview).
  • Coordinate with Universities to fill vacancies.
  • Ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time.
  • Design & create advertisement of job vacancy
  • Proactive coordination with all departments in delivering recruitment needs.
  • Responsible for identifying and approaching targeted candidates for various vacancies
  • Maintain the filing system of candidate application
  • Supporting in completion of job application materials and documents and preparation of employment interview and profiling tests
  • Manage Man Power Planning Data
  • Monthly reports & provide data request regarding MPP from Head Office & Branches.

Requirements:

  • Male/Female, max 32 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required skill(s): interview, assessment, Psychological Profiling.
  • Understand psychology test tool and end-to-end recruitment
  • Fast Learner, good analytical skill, pro active, dynamic
  • High analytical thinking, planning & organizing, creativity.
