Responsibilities:

  • To manage and coordinate all activity in the warehouse running efficient, effective and ensure all crews maintain health and safe work practice.
  • Monitor warehouse operations starting from receipt of goods from suppliers, storage and delivery.
  • Leading the team and provide guidance in field operations and company SOP.
  • Responsible for neatness, cleanliness and regularity items in the warehouse.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of stock and transaction recording field and data entry into the system.

Requirements:

  • At least Diploma graduate.
  • At least4 (four) years of working experience as Warehouse Coordinator or Supervisor. Preferable in FMCG Industry.
  • Skill : Good knowledge about Warehouse Management System, Product Handling Control, FIFO, FEFO and Leadership.
  • Familiar with computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels.
  • Able to work under pressure.
